West Juliett Cafe

West Juliett Cafe has made its mark in Marrickville. The quiet residential corner location, spacious interior and tasty menu has made this cafe a popular destination. Aptly named after its location (on corner of Juliett Street) the polished concrete floors, wooden tables and open kitchen create a welcoming environment and its a total transformation from the grocery store it was back in the 1960′s.

I love the 12 hour pulled pork sandwich which is a favourite of mine. Their grass fed burger with beetroot relish, lettuce, cheddar and pickles with chips is delicious and the duck ragu is a perfect winter warmer- yum, yum, yum! Breakfast choices are just as good and I challenge anyone to walk past the front counter full of fresh daily house-baked pastries and sweets, a temptation I can’t resist. Coffee roasted by White Horse and is also available to take home.

Definitely worth a visit!
