The original kitchen in my “renovators delight” property was completely disgusting. Because we were on such a tight budget we considered keeping it (hard for even myself to believe seeing these photos again). So the filling and sanding of walls is complete… well as complete as it can be in a 1920′s house that is full of cracks and holes that were hidden beind wallpaper. Two fireplaces have been removed due to various states of decay.
