Three inner-west businesses are joining forces to craft a culinary journey. An unexpected pairing of  Amara Jarratt and Corinne Smith (The Rabbit Hole Organic Tea Bar), Maz Valcorza Pugoy (Sadhana Kitchen), Oscar McMahon (Young Henrys)

You might not ordinarily think to pair craft brewers with artisan tea makers and vegan raw foodies but that’s exactly what these Inner Westies are planning to do with a tasting extravaganza open to a few adventurous punters at the Young Henrys brewery on Sunday 19th May, 2013.

Approached by The Rabbit Hole Organic Tea Bar to compare brews with those flowing from the Young Henrys taps, Oscar McMahon was immediately interested in a comparative tasting of these unlikely partners. The final piece of the puzzle clicked into place when Young Henrys raw vegan neighbours Sadhana Kitchen saw the potential to take the culinary journey one step further.

All three businesses are based in the Inner West of Sydney and follow the same guiding principles of artisanal hand crafting of their respective products using only the best ingredients.
