Is the Inner West property market finally slowing down?

Could it be true? Is there a down turn in the inner west property market? In the last month there have been a noticeable amount of auctions cancelled, withdrawn and passed in.

Check out the auction statistics for the month of April and March in the suburbs of Newtown, Erskineville, Camperdown, Alexandria, Stanmore, Enmore, Petersham and Marrickville.

innerwestrealestatesydney.com.au has been making a huge effort to track auction results in the inner west area due to the lack of results that appear in the papers. We will continue to track the auctions in our area and whether you are an agent, vendor, buyer or interested neighbour you can make up your own mind as to how your suburb is doing!
