A great new art gallery concept by Artesian4

Artesian4 are holding an art show featuring street and urban artists, open free to the public in an unorthodox ‘gallery’: Wilson Parking’s Ward Street car park in North Sydney. A diverse range of artistshas been selected for this exhibition including Johnny Romeo, Numskull, Phibs, Peque VRS, Camo, Karen Farmer, Neil Tomkins, Tom Ferson, ZOEZO, Jenna (YoNa) Bloom.

This is the first in a series of shows, both stand alone and in conjunction with art festival events, to be held in and around the Sydney CBD over the next year. Principal Sponsor Wilson Parking has thrown its support behind Artesian4 by providing unprecedented access to selected car parks throughout Sydney. All proceeds from the launch and a portion of art sales will go to Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off The Streets, with the remainder of art sale funds going directly to the artists, commission-free.

The first group show runs from Saturday June 6 until Sunday 7 June, with the official launch on the Saturday from 6:30pm. Support this creative initiative and local artists from the Inner West. I hope this great concept will come to a car park in the Inner West soon.
