Movie Review: Drive, now showing at Dendy Newtown

Movie Review: Drive, now showing at Dendy Newtown
As a bold selection for Closing Night of the 2011 Melbourne International Film Festival, Drive sure had anticipated viewers rattled, especially those not expecting the kind of violence present in this film. With one of the best opening sequences I have seen this year, and a handful of harrowing moments, the images from Drive will long remain seared in your consciousness. Inner West favourites participating in the Outpost Project on Cockatoo Island
I have put together some photos of my favourite street art from around the Inner West. But as...

Interview: Street Artist Birdhat

Interview: Street Artist Birdhat

Nothing beats turning my head to check if there is a new splash of colour in a laneway and spotting a new work. One street artist whose work never fails to bring a smile to my face and brighten my day is Birdhat. I was excited that I got...
